Parking at 2U

We are lucky to be located in the active and dynamic Lakeview neighborhood; however, street parking can be difficult. We do not have a parking lot.

Give yourself plenty of time to find parking.

  • You can park on any of the streets around Barry Ave. that are labeled with the 386 permit sign during the day without having to use a permit: Barry Ave., Briar Ave. (one block north of Barry), Wellington (several blocks south of Barry Ave.
  • You can park at a meter in the surrounding streets. Some do need to be fed on Sundays, some do not so check before you put your quarters in
  • Park for free in the Illinois Masonic Parking Garage (map below) during Sunday worship hours.  You can park in #4 (East Parking Garage) which is on Halsted between Barry and Wellington. You will need to obtain a chaser ticket and instructions for use from our Parking Attendant.  It’s easy!  This free option is only available during Sunday worship and programming hours.
