Music at Second Unitarian Church honors diverse backgrounds and traditions and is presented to give a viscerally spiritual experience. You are therefore welcome to engage and connect as the spirit moves you whether that be clapping and cheering or listening in quiet contemplation. Allow yourself to be stirred in body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Second Unitarian Adult Choir

This 30-plus member, non-auditioned ensemble sings for services twice a month, from September through June. This choir sings a wide variety of musical genres, including two Music Sunday services, when they perform major works. Rehearsals are held every Thursday night from 7:00-9:00 in the sanctuary. New members are always welcome to join.

Second Unitarian Band

The 2U band consists of a flexible roster of singers and instrumentalists who perform for services once a month. The repertoire includes creative interpretations of standard UU hymns as well as contemporary, secular, and original pieces. All are welcome to participate.
