COMS—Holding Space for Conversation and Care

The 2U Committee on Ministries (COMS) would like to remind fellow congregants that we are available to offer a safe discussion space should anyone wish to address any issues they are experiencing with Rev. J that they feel unable to address with Rev. J directly. We are here to offer support for conflict navigation and/or to provide a listening ear, whether to listen about conflicts and concerns regarding our minister or about celebrations of things that are going well with Rev. J's ministry.

Because we have a limited remaining period of shared ministry, the next six months we have together might be a meaningful time to seek out COMS. Perhaps COMS can support you in feeling heard, finding resolution, or letting go of a ministerial issue that has been on your mind or heart.
