Pastoral & Practical Care Team – Monthly Meeting

Join us for our monthly meeting as we coordinate support for members of our community through compassionate pastoral and practical care.

Support areas include, but are not limited to:

Pastoral Care:

• Hospital and follow-up home visits

• Companionship and active listening

• Grief support after loss or crisis

Practical Care:

• Providing meals after illness, death, or birth

• Transportation to appointments, errands, or church

• Light handy-work or cleaning

• Emergency childcare
