On Sunday, August 10th, the Library Committee is hosting a Silent Book Club from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM. Here's the description: "Need an hour to fall into a good book? Here is your chance! No phones, no conversations, just an hour of quiet camaraderie and reading. Bring a paperback, a hardback, a comic book, or an e-reader, whatever works best for you. Don't know what to read? Well, the library has something for you to discover. Once the hour is done, people are invited to stay a little bit longer to talk about what they are reading. Bring your coffee, tea, or other preferred day-time beverage and we will provide the cookies.
