Update on Interim Minister Search
Dear 2U Friends,
As part of my role as chair-elect of the board of trustees, I am leading the Search Committee for our Interim Minister. The goal of this team is to select a minister skilled in interim work that will lead our congregation for two years in an intentional way that readies us as a community to welcome our next settled minister. We work with the UUA and our regional representative to create our profile, match with applicants and interview those matches. The final candidate’s contract will be negotiated by the board. Throughout this process, we will be reaching out to different committees, staff and congregants for input.
The committee is composed of two board members and three congregants spanning years of membership and areas of involvement:

Pat McKenna, Board Secretary/Hospitality & Welcoming Committee
Sanjiv Sarwate, Men’s Group/Religious Education/Coffee Hour
Caroline Shadle, Committee on Ministries
